Hello and welcome.
My name is Uka, and I am the founder and lead instructor of Zaluu Nas Yoga, a wellness brand dedicated to helping women restore their health, natural beauty, and inner strength.
I founded Zaluu Nas Yoga LLC in 2017. Since then, I have been teaching facial yoga, body yoga, women’s specialized wellness programs, and meditation courses, both online and in person. My work supports women of all ages in reconnecting with their bodies, improving their well-being, and building confidence from within.
With over 10 years of experience in yoga and Pilates practice, I have guided thousands of women to enhance their physical health, rejuvenate their appearance, and develop a deeper sense of self-care through mindful movement and awareness.
I am also a certified Intimfitness instructor and was the first to introduce this unique women’s training method in Mongolia. Alongside this, I am a meditation teacher and program creator, focusing on practices that harmonize the body, mind, and emotional well-being.
I originally turned to yoga for health reasons, but it soon became my life’s purpose and true passion.
Since 2024, I have been living in Western Australia with my husband and three children, based in the beautiful city of Perth. From here, I continue to design and deliver transformational wellness programs that integrate physical health, facial rejuvenation, and emotional empowerment.
I am recognised as one of Mongolia’s leading facial yoga trainers, with more than 10,000 women taught through my programs and classes.
My mission is to help women reconnect with their bodies, minds, and inner power, so they can live with health, balance, and lasting confidence.
